Our Programs
Little Sprouts is a movement program for children aged five years and under.
In Motion’s Little Sprouts program ensures infants can experience a wide range of movement activities and be encouraged to think, create, construct and solve problems with their own bodies.
Adults are encouraged to accompany their child throughout each lesson to support their learning and have fun together.
Watch your child grow in confidence and skill as they explore an environment that is safe, stimulating, and fun.
Your child can:

Gym Kidz is Fun and Fitness while learning Gymnastics Skill.
In Gym Kidz , we focus on the fundamental movement patterns that will help kids to then progress into more advanced skills or activities.
Gym Kidz:-

Gym Kidz is our most sought after gymnastics program.
Ninga Kidz a fun! fast paced! high energy! parkour based class specifically designed for boys and girls aged 4 -9 years.
Ninja Kidz captures the excitement and fast pace of Ninja Warrior competitions. Each session encourages out-of-the-box thinking, drawing on influences from parkour and free-runningt to use gymnastics equipment in new ways.
Ninja Kidz teaches fundamental movement skills with a focus on fun for all. Every activity is accessible, building on the existing skills and knowledge of each participant.
At In Motion, we understand that transitioning from toddler classes to independent gymnastics or ninja classes can be a big step for young children.
Little Rockets provides the perfect opportunity for your child to take their first steps towards independent classes.
Our coaches work with your child to build confidence and skills in a fun and safe environment, helping them prepare for the next step in their gymnastics or ninja journey.
The classes are run in a similar manner to the Gym/Ninja Kidz session but the classes are smaller and the participants are only 3 & 4 years old. This programme runs on adequate demand.
Kids involved in Senior Gym will improve their fitness but keeping fun in the mix is a priority.
Senior Gym , provides the opportunity to increase Kids confidence and competence in movement; preparing them for a wide range of other sports and activities.
Classes involved all apparatus – vault, bars, beam and floor along with trampoline work, strength and flexibility programs and various other exercises to give your child a full, all-around program.
Senior Ninja is a fun! fast paced! high energy! class specifically designed for boys and girls aged 7+ years.
Learn how to direct energy into body awareness and develop strength, co-ordination, gross motor and social skills..
Our Home School families are always looking for ways to enhance their children’s educational experience.
This program is designed specifically for home school students who want to develop their gymnastics or ninja skills while socialising with other kids.
We do a both Ninja and Gymnastics skills on alternate weeks so it keeps the classes fresh and challenging for your home schooler.
This programme runs on adequate demand and it our only programme that is school term based.
In Motion’s Advanced Gym program is designed to take skills to the next level. Our invite-only program is perfect for children who have already acquired a certain level of skill in gymnastics and are looking to push themselves further. Training focuses on strength, flexibility, and technique, to help gymnasts achieve their goals.
Advanced Ninja is a fun! fast paced! high energy! class specifically designed for boys and girls aged 9+ years looking to be streched in strength and fitness. This is an Invite only Progam.
