Future Absence Instructions

Short Answer

  • Login the parent portal https://portal.inmotiongymnastics.com.au
  • Go to My Account
  • In your childs record select “Future Absences”
  • Search by Enrollment or By Date
  • Make sure the date of the future absence is correct
  • Select the Enrollment

Information for Make-up token

The make-up token system is self service only and we don’t process future absences that come through email, phone calls web chat or social media. Only by the parent portal or teh Mobile app.

Future absences must be submitted at least sixty minutes before the class is scheduled to start in order to qualify for a make up token. Each child is eligible for one make-up token per calendar month. Future absences do not change your billing. If you are planning a holiday or an extended break, please email [email protected].  The make up token will be auto generated after the class has finished and the absence has been confirmed. This means you cannot use a make-up token before the class your child will be absent from.
