Important information from the Make-Up Token Policy
- The make up token system is self service only and we don’t process absences that come through email, phone calls, web chat or social media.
- Parents must use the parent poral or the mobile app to enter a future absence at least 60 minutes before the class is scheduled to start.
- Each child is eligible for one make-up token per calendar month.
- Absences do not change your billing. If you are planning a holiday or an extended break, please email admin @inmotiongymnastics.com.au.
- Make up tokens are automatically generated after the class has finished and the absence has been confirmed. This means you cannot use a make-up token before the class your child will be absent from.
- Make up tokens expire after 30 days
Short Answer
- If you have recieved a Makeup token from an elligable absence
- Login to the Portal at https://portal.inmotiongymnastics.com.au
- Select My Account
- Select Makeups Button
- Use a Make-up Token – Click the Use Makeup Token Button
- Choose a date and select the Class your want your child to attend
- Click Use Makeup Token Button
- Click Close on the Confirmation screen – Your will be sent an Email confirming the booking
